Barry Simons has been a sole practitioner since 1992 in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Barry was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District Court of Florida. Barry attained his juris doctor degree from the University of Miami and his under-graduate degree in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Barry is a native Miamian residing with his wife and family close to his office. Barry's initial experience was in litigation where he has gained substantial experience in preparing cases for trial on behalf of his clients. This previous experience allows him to be keenly aware of the pitfalls that his clients face when buying or selling real estate. This experience has also helped in dealing with clients that find themselves in business disputes.

In the last eight (8) years Barry has concentrated his practice in real estate and business related assistance to his clients. This includes drafting partnership agreements, corporate formation and purchase/sale agreements, contract preparation and negotiations, acting as a closing agent on behalf of lenders and buyers and representing seller's of real property.

As a member-agent of Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc., Barry is able to provide title insurance policies insuring both his client's and lender's interest in real estate. Barry is an approved closing agent for over thirty (30) lenders and can accommodate Spanish speaking clients.
